# Revenue Model

## Listing Fees

* **Public Rounds**: 10% of Funds Raised
* **Private Rounds**: 15% of Funds Raised

## NFT Sales

* **Initial NFT Offering**: 75,000 NFTs will be sold to fund Swampland’s operations and development costs. All additional operating expenses will be funded through launchpad activity and NFT resales.
* **NFT Resale**: Our dynamic NFTs randomly catch Golden Flies each month, which benefit different investor profiles. Monthly resales of these lucky NFTs will enable an additional 10% revenue of total NFT resales.

## Revenue Share

* **Ribbit King**: The highest Membership tier holds a reward reserved just for them – profit sharing! Ribbit Kings will receive payouts directly from our profits in running successful listings and NFT resales.
